Lose weight with support and encouragement from fellow members.
We are a social group of both female and male members that meet weekly on a Tuesday night. Our weekly meeting consists of a half hour ‘weigh in’ followed by an open floor type discussion which contains, tips on healthy eating and exercises presented by guest speakers.
This support group has been providing Bendigo and district support for more than 50 years in the area of weight management. We are a non profit organisation.
No wasting of your time by counting calories or weighing food. Members follow their own diet and weight loss programs and come to weekly meeting to share their goals, achievements and challengers with members of the group in a social and supportive atmosphere. The group provides members the ability to track their progress by providing digital scales and weight recording booklets.
