Lose weight with support and encouragement from fellow members.
"I have been trying to loose weight for only 14 weeks now with Bendigo Night Slimmers Inc. I want to enjoy a long meaningful and happy life with my family without feeling tired all the time. I know it’s just a start but I weighed 111.3 kg then and am now on the road to some substantial weight loses with the help of Bendigo Night Slimmers Inc. In this time I have lost about 6.4 kg.
Losing weight is not easy but what I have been doing is walking for about 50 minutes every second day rain hail or shine, drinking lots of water and only eating when I am hungry. I don’t eat after 7pm at night as it’s harder for your body to burn off these calories when you’re not active. This then results in weight gain.
When I am weighed in each week if I have lost weight no matter how small I allow myself to have a treat that night. I have found if you continue to lose weight and don’t reward yourself it can lead to binging on food or sugary drinks.
